Poots on command

If the boys did not already think Thing 3 was the greatest think since sliced bread, she sealed the deal tonight. They found out she was the talented one in the family and can poot on command. The more they laughed the funnier it got to her. Hubs and I had to put a stop to it in fear of bodily damage to Thing 3 with all the straining. LOL . Going to have to record this for future blackmail!

Lemon Coconut Cake

Last night I tried a recipe someone had given me. I was sceptical of said recipe b/c of the whole lemon thing, but boy was I wrong!!!! Best new recipe we have tried in awhile. Hubby and Things 1-3 all agree. Without further ado I post the recipe. It taste like a pound cake to us.


1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs beaten
1 can coconut milk shaken
1 TBS lemon extract

mix all together and pour in greased/floured big bunt pan
bake in preheated 350* oven for 40 min
remove and let cool 15min

while cake is cooling mix 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 2 TBS water and 0.5 tsps lemon extract

poor over cake and toss with toasted coconut
